AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 1 to Elder Corporation for
the Spring Crest Park Project in the amount of $97,893.39.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to Elder Corporation is for
mobilization, excavation, clearing and grubbing, and storm sewer. The
quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
