AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 2 to Concrete Connection,
LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $165,420.41.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 2 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for mobilization, excavation, site electrical, clearing and grubbing, Storm
sewer installation, restroom footings, and erosion control. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
