AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting June 16, 2025, as the date of
public hearing on an Ordinance to amend Chapter 167, Zoning Regulations,
Signs, by amending Section 167.13, Association Identification Signs –
Commercial and Industrial
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The proposed amendment would insert additional
requirements for commercial and industrial development association
identification signs and provide allowance for tenants of developments to
include limited advertisement on such signs.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of the motion to set the
public hearing for June 16, 2025, to further discuss the proposed ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
