SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Synergy Contracting, LLC requested Payment
Estimate No. 11 for the work completed on the Bluestem Trunk Sewer – Phase 2 project in the
amount of $37,262.42. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period April 12, 2025 to May 23, 2025. This pay estimate is for
manhole construction.
