AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 3 to Concrete Connection,
LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $218,177.95.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for mobilization, excavation, site electrical, storm sewer installation, sanitary
sewer, pedestrian pavement, flex court pavement, pickleball court PCC base,
restroom footings, and erosion control. The quantities completed to date have
been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and
Genus Landscape Architects.

$218,177.95 for the above-referenced project. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor and we hereby recommend that the City of Waukee
approves Construction Pay App No. 3 for Concrete Connection.
