the remainder of her term, scheduled to expire January 31, 2028.

RESOLUTION 2025-
APPROVING MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE PARK
BOARD FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING JANUARY 31, 2028
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, Park Board Member Keshia Fields is unable to fulfill the remainder of her term,
scheduled to expire January 31, 2028; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints __________ to fill the unexpired Park Board
term of Keshia Fields.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of July, 2025, that the mayor’s appointment of _____________ to the Park Board for an
unexpired term ending January 31, 2028, is hereby approved.
