SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Public Art Advisory Commissioner Charlie Notheis is
unable to fulfill the remainder of his term, scheduled to expire January 31,
2026.

RESOLUTION 2025-
APPROVING MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
PUBLIC ART ADVISORY COMMISSION FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING
JANUARY 31, 2026
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, Public Art Advisory Commissioner Charlie Notheis is unable to fulfill the
remainder of his term, scheduled to expire January 31, 2026; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints __________ to fill the unexpired Public Art
Advisory Commission term of Charlie Notheis.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of July, 2025, that the mayor’s appointment of _____________ to the Public Art
Advisory Commission for an unexpired term ending January 31, 2026, is hereby approved.
