RESOLUTION 2025-269
APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING
JANUARY 31, 2027
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, Planning and Zoning Commissioner Angie Tessau is unable to fulfill the remainder
of her term, scheduled to expire January 31, 2027; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Marsha Bannister to fill the unexpired Planning
and Zoning Commission term of Angie Tessau.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of July, 2025, that the mayor's appointment of Marsha Bannister to the Planning and
Zoning Commission for an unexpired term ending January 31, 2027, is hereby approved.
