RESOLUTION 2025-272
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR APPLE INC. PROJECT MORGAN — WKE.92
CAMPUS ENHANCEMENTS (2995 W HICKMAN ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Apple Inc. Project Morgan — WKE.92 Campus Enhancements, subject to
remaining staff comments on June 24, 2025; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Apple Inc. Project Morgan — WKE.92 Campus Enhancements is
in general conformance with § 160 — Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the
Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Apple Inc. Project Morgan — WKE.92 Campus Enhancements is
in general conformance with § 161 — Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 7th day of July, 2025, that the Site Plan for Apple Inc. Project Morgan — WKE.92 Campus
Enhancements is approved subject to remaining staff comments.
