AGENDA ITEM: CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA CITY COUNCIL MEETING COMMUNICATION MEETING DATE: July 21, 2025 AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 19 (Combined) for the Waukee Public Safety Building Project in the amount of $1,198,214.89. FORMAT:Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The new Public Safety Building (Station 92) is substantially completed and the building is now fully occupied by both the Police and Fire Departments. Pay Estimate 19 for the Waukee Public Safety Building project covers general construction costs, framing and drywall, mechanical and plumbing, electrical, earthwork and landscaping as well as several other smaller items associated with the project. The building is considered 99.17% complete and approximately $245,000 remains to be paid out on the project. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 19 is in the amount of $1,198,214.89.
