AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 3 to Elder Corporation for
the Spring Crest Park Project in the amount of $17,137.52.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Elder Corporation is for the
SW-512 Intake RCP 24” and Retaining Wall at the playground. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
