AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 4 to Concrete Connection,
LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $90,733.55.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 4 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for excavation, site electrical, SWPPP Maintenance, subdrain and subdrain
outlet, pedestrian pavement, and pickleball court system. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Approve Payment
