SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: WRH, Inc. requested Payment Estimate No. 4 for
work completed on the Lift Station Nos. 4 & 6 Rehabilitation Project, in the amount of
$80,332.36. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period March 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025. This pay estimate is
for work completed at Lift Station No. 4.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $80,332.36

PAY ESTIMATE NO. 4
Enclosed are three signed copies of Pay Estimate No. 4 in accordance with the contract between
the City of Waukee and WRH, Inc. for the Lift Station Nos. 4 & 6 Rehabilitation Project. The
partial payment estimate is for the period of March 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
Payment Estimate No. 4 is for work completed at Lift Station No. 4.
We have checked and recommend approval of Pay Estimate No 4. We recommended payment
to WRH, Inc. in the amount of $80,332.36.
Please sign all copies of Pay Estimate No. 4 in the spaces provided. Please return one set of
signed copies to Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. and forward one set of copies to WRH, Inc. with
payment.
