RESOLUTION 2025-285
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[SPRING MEADOWS PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee Partnership, LLC has completed the public improvements
associated with Spring Meadows Plat 2; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Spring
Meadows Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of July 2025, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Spring Meadows Plat 2.
