RESOLUTION 2025-290
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE TOWNE CENTER PHASE 2
(1050 SE LAUREL STREET)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Waukee Towne Center Phase 2, subject to remaining staff comments on July 8,
2025; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Waukee Towne Center Phase 2 is in general conformance with
§ 160 — Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Waukee Towne Center Phase 2 is in general conformance with
§161 — Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 21 Si day of July, 2025, that the Site Plan for Waukee Towne Center Phase 2 is approved
subject to remaining staff comments.
