AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 5 to Concrete Connection,
LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $165,656.25.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 5 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for 12” silt sock, site electrical, SWPPP Maintenance, restroom building,
restroom plumbing and structural stoop, flagstone and boulders, open air
shelter, subdrain cleanout, and pedestrian pavement, PCC 6”. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.

approves Construction Pay App No. 5 for Concrete Connection.
