RESOLUTION 2025-310
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR INTERSTATE CROSSING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, 555 Interstate Partners, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Interstate Crossing
Final Plat (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on June 24, 2025, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Interstate Crossing and the documents relating thereto will comply with
section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
11 t day of August, 2025, that the Final Plat for Interstate Crossing be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Public Utility Easement;
2. Public Storm Water Detention Easement
