September 26, 2025, for Waukee Area Historical Society, d/b/a Waukee
Area Historical Society [550 Ashworth Drive/Triangle Park]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The Waukee Area Historical Society will be
providing drinks as part of the annual Wauktoberfest event.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
