As the project has begun to wrap up there are several small change orders that are necessary. These changes include miscellaneous electrical work, additional irrigation and sodding as well as additional wall repairs that were required due to polishing the concrete floors among several other small items. This project is close to wrapping up and staff does not anticipate any significant change orders moving forward. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:The net result of this Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $45,668.92.
