AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting September 15, 2025 as the date
of public hearing on the vacation of a portion of a Public Storm Sewer
Easement and a Public Utility Easement [Kettlestone Central South Plat 2]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The final plat was recently approved for Kettlestone
Central South Plat 2. As a part of the development of the subdivision,
portions of existing easements originally approved with Kettlestone Central
South Plat 2 are no longer necessary.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing date for September 15, 2025 to discuss the vacation of the existing
easement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
