AGENDA ITEM: Public hearing on the vacation of a public storm sewer easement and a public
utility easement [Kettlestone Central South Plat 2]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: With the recent approval of the Kettlestone Social project
located at the southeast corner of SE Westown Parkway and Grand Prairie
Parkway, portions of an existing storm sewer easement and a public utility
easement need to be vacated to facilitate the construction of the proposed
building. The developer has provided alternative easement locations for the
required future infrastructure that will be needed.
