FORMAT:Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The new Public Safety Building (Station 92) is substantially completed and the building is now fully occupied by both the Police and Fire Departments. Pay Estimate 21 for the Waukee Public Safety Building project mainly covers audio/visual work within the building as well as several minor items. The building is considered 99.72% complete and approximately $80,000 remains to be paid out on the project. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 21 is in the amount of $69,020.61.
