AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 5 to Elder Corporation for
the Spring Crest Park Project in the amount of $128,610.59.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 5 to Elder Corporation is for
Mobilization - earthwork, topsoil strip salvage respread, engineered soil
matrix, drainable base, Subdrain 4”, subdrain 6”, choker stone part of soil
matrix, 12” silt sock, subdrain outlet 6”, subdrain cleanout 4”, PCC Pavement
6”, PCC beam curb at walk, stone block outcropping, PCC SubSlab 5” at
playground, and PCC beam curb at playground. The quantities completed to
date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee
Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
