AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 6 to Concrete Connection,
LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $450,145.15.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 6 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for drainable base for detention areas, excavation, mobilization, choker stone,
topsoil strip, inlet protection device, 12” silt sock, storm sewer PVC 10”,
storm sewer PVC 18”, subdrain 6”, subdrain cleanout, intake 18” nyloplast,
pedestrian pavement, amended planting soil, PCC SubSlab, flagstone,
boulders, stone seat block, open air shelter installation, and restroom building
installation. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed
upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape
Architects.

contractor and we hereby recommend that the City of Waukee
approves Construction Pay App No. 6 for Concrete Connection.
