RESOLUTION 2025-339
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR KETTLESTONE CENTRAL TOWNHOMES PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, ROCK EQUITY HOLDINGS, LLC has requested final plat approval of Kettlestone
Central Townhomes Plat 2 (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on July 22, 2025, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Kettlestone Central Townhomes Plat 2 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
18th day of August, 2025, that the Final Plat for Kettlestone Central Townhomes Plat 2 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Warranty Deed (Outlot "P");
2. Public Utility Easement;
3. Public Trail Easement;
4. Public Trail Easement;
5. Public Ingress/Egress Easement;
6. Private Storm Sewer Easement;
7. Private Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Water Main Easement; and
8. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement
