of the Central Iowa Community Land Trust and has requested
consideration of the City of Waukee to appoint a representative for one
of their board seats.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2025-
APPROVING THE MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF CITY OF WAUKEE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE CENTRAL IOWA COMMUNITY LAND TRUST
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee has been approached about a board seat for the newly created
Central Iowa Community Land Trust; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Assistant City Administrator Nick Osborne as the
representative to the Central Iowa Community Land Trust Board of Directors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6th day of October 2025, that it hereby approves the appointment of Assistant City Administrator
Nick Osborne as the City of Waukee representative to the Central Iowa Community Land Trust.
