AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving Public Storm Sewer
Easement from AP GPP, L.C. [KeeWest Plat 1]
FORMAT: Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: A portion of a public storm sewer easement was
accidentally left out when KeeWest Plat 1 was approved in early 2025. This
easement will provide additional easement area for existing storm sewer
infrastructure located within the development.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2025-
APPROVING PUBLIC STORM SEWER EASEMENT FROM AP GPP, L.C.
[KEEWEST PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a public storm sewer easement from AP GPP, L.C., is
necessary.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Storm Sewer Easement from AP GPP, L.C. is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 6th day of
October, 2025.
