is unable to fulfill the remainder of his term, scheduled to expire January
31, 2026.

RESOLUTION 2025-
APPROVING MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING
JANUARY 31, 2026
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, Zoning Board of Adjustment member Bryce Johnson is unable to fulfill the
remainder of his term, scheduled to expire January 31, 2026; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints _____________ to fill the unexpired Zoning
Board of Adjustment term of Bryce Johnson.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6th day of October, 2025, that the mayor’s appointment of ____________ to the Zoning Board of
Adjustment for an unexpired term ending January 31, 2026, is hereby approved.
