RESOLUTION 2025-374
APPROVING ACCOUNTING AND CONSENT TO FINAL DISTRIBUTION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City is a beneficiary established under a Bypass Trust created by The Duane
and Doris Winters Family Trust dated December 19, 1986 (the "Trust"), as amended; AND,
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of the final accounting of the Trust.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council approves the
final accounting and consents to the final distribution of the Trust;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council, the Mayor, the City
Administrator or their designee are authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to
receive the bequest from the Trust on behalf of the City.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 30th day of
September, 2025.
