Iowa Code Section 364.7 (2025)
FORMAT:Public Hearing
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The City has agreed to sell the Waukee Municipal
Gas Utility to MidAmerican Energy which is scheduled to close and transfer on October 22,
2025. Included in the sale of the utility are certain real estate assets and easement interests
associated with the gas utility.
