LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $350,818.19.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 7 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for mobilization, construction staking, topsoil strip, engineered soil matrix,
RECP type 4, erosion stone, site electrical, installation of cameras, pedestrian
pavement, vehicle pavement, class A walk, detectable warning plates,
basketball pole, amended planting soil, mulch, perennials, shrubs, ornamental
trees, overstory trees, evergreen trees, eco grass seed, native seed, lawn seed,
contractor plant watering, restroom HVAC, restroom amenities, faux stone
wrap on columns, restroom building installation, and pickle ball court
surfacing. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed
upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape
Architects.
