SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Absolute Group requested Payment Estimate No. 10
(Final) for the work completed on the Prairie Rose Trail project in the amount of $6,312.41.
Snyder & Associates, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period August 1, 2025 to October 29, 2025. Work includes site
restoration, punchlist items and adjustment of plan quantities to match as-built conditions by
Change Order No. 5.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $6,312.41

Dear Sara:
Enclosed is partial payment application 10 for the Prairie Rose Trail project. The application
includes work completed August 1, 2025 through October 29, 2025. Work includes site
restoration, punchlist items, and adjustment of plan quantities to match as-built conditions by
Change Order 05.
We recommend payment of $6,312.41 to the prime contractor, Absolute Group of Granger,
Iowa. Please place this payment application on the next available city council meeting agenda for
approval.
