STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT:City of Waukee staff has reviewed the public
improvements for Painted Woods Spectrum and find it in general conformance with the standard
specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2025-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PAINTED WOODS SPECTRUM]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Zion Capital Group, LLC has completed the public improvements
associated with Painted Woods Spectrum; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Painted
Woods Spectrum and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3rd day of November 2025, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Painted Woods Spectrum.
