HomeMy WebLinkAbout2025-11-17 I01E_03 Waukee Public Safety_Change Order 19\AGENDA ITEM: CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA CITY COUNCIL MEETING COMMUNICATION MEETING DATE: November 17, 2025 AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 19 (Combined) for the Waukee Public Safety Building Project, increasing the contract in the amount of $11,569.50 FORMAT:Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Substantial completion of the Waukee Public Safety Building has been completed. With the Police and Fire Departments moving into the space, there continue to be some minor changes that have been identified. Change Order No. 19 relates to some door hardware modifications, improvements associated with a video wall in the police side of the building and some minor wall repairs. This project is close to wrapping up and staff does not anticipate any significant change orders moving forward. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:The net result of this Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $11,569.50.
