AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 8 to Concrete Connection,
LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $77,596.66.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 8 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for 12” silt sock, temporary seeding, parking lot striping & symbols, ADA
parking sign & post, backless timber benches, backed timber benches,
Adirondack chairs, flex court paint markings, basketball pole, park entry sign
footing, amended planting soil, mulch, perennials, shrubs, overstory trees,
evergreen trees, seed, spade edge, plant watering, address numbers, faux stone
wrap on columns, and pickle ball court system. The quantities completed to
date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee
Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
