SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 7 to Elder Corporation is for
SWPPP Maintenance, PCC Pavement 6”, Timber Bench, CO#3 Water Valve
Box Repair, CO#3 Swale Grading. The quantities completed to date have
been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and
Genus Landscape Architects.
