SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Howser Concrete Unlimited requested Pay Estimate
No. 2 for the work completed on the 2025 Pavement Patching Project, in the amount of
$51,595.40. Veenstra & Kimm Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends
payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period October 11, 2025 to November 7, 2025. This pay
estimate is for mobilization, traffic control, 8” pcc pavement removal and replacement, and
1” granular sub-base material.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $51,595.40

PARTIAL PAYMENT ESTIMATE NO. 2
Attached is a copy of Partial Payment Estimate No. 2 for the period between October 11, 2025
and November 7, 2025 for the above-mentioned project. Partial Pay Estimate No. 2 is for
pavement patching. We have checked the estimate and recommend payment to Howser
Concrete Unlimited in the total amount of $51,595.40.
Please sign Partial Payment Estimate No. 2 in the spaces provided. Return one signed copy to
our office and one signed copy to Howser Concrete Unlimited with payment.
