LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $12,658.75.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 9 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for silt fence installation and removal, Temporary seeding Type 4, steel
edging and permanent seeding. The quantities completed to date have been
reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus
Landscape Architects.
