STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for Autumn
Valley West Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for the City of
Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2025-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[AUTUMN VALLEY WEST PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, JJR Holdings, LLC., has completed the public improvements associated
with the Autumn Valley West Plat 1 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Autumn Valley West Plat 1 Subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed
as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of December, 2025, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Autumn Valley West Plat 1.
