RESOLUTION 2025-489
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE PITCH — PHASE 2 (705 NW 2ND STREET)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for The Pitch — Phase 2, subject to remaining staff comments on November 25,
2025; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for The Pitch — Phase 2 is in general conformance with § 160 — Site
and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for The Pitch — Phase 2 is in general conformance with § 161 —
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 1st day of December, 2025, that the Site Plan for The Pitch — Phase 2 is approved.
