STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for Project
Morgan West Plat 1 Public Improvements and find it in general conformance with the standard
specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2025-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PROJECT MORGAN WEST PLAT 1 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Apple Real Estate & Development has completed the public improvements
associated with Project Morgan West Plat 1 Public Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, The City of Waukee has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
the Project Morgan West Plat 1 Public Improvements and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of December, 2025, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Project Morgan West Plat 1 Public Improvements.
