Weekday Rentals can be booked online from March 1 through November 30 for weekday reservation dates April 1 through October 31. Fox Creek and Ridge Pointe Pavilions, online weekday reservations are closed December 1 through February 28. Non-Profit Groups: To be considered a non-profit group of Waukee, you must have a 501(c)(3) corporation duly formed and existing pursuant to the State of Iowa which maintains its principal place of business in the City of Waukee. Non-Profit Group Usage: Non-Profit Groups will be allowed to reserve the community center for free, two dates each month, Monday through Thursday for a maximum of two hours per use. Any usage outside the Monday through Thursday timeline or the hourly maximum will be subject to the following rental rates listed above. Centennial & Warrior Park practice time, weather permitting, can reserve space online starting in mid- March through Oct. 31. Teams are allowed one hour of practice time per week (M-F). Weekend time slots will be open for one additional hour. Available fields include: Centennial Park Fields 1-3 and Warrior Park Fields 4-7. Reservations will only be accepted online at www.Waukee.org/reservations, starting at 10 a.m. on the online reservation date listed. Field users must complete the team form one time per year prior to making reservations. The reservation system will be split into two seasons, first season will run from March 10 – July 20, and second season will run from July 28 – October 31. The cost is $175/season + tax which can be paid online. Complex amenity fee includes stocking and cleaning of restrooms along with trash service. Vendor location and space will be determined by Triumph Park staff. Practice time will be reserved online. Fields will not be chalked for practices. Practice quads have home plates, but no bases. Officiated games/scrimmages are not to be allowed during practice rentals.
