associated with and renewal of 12-month Class C Retail Alcohol License
(LC) for Broheim’s Indoor Golf & Pub, LLC, d/b/a Broheim’s Indoor
Golf & Pub, LLC [53 & 57 NE Carefree Lane], pending proof of dram
insurance

FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the ownership updates and renewal application and find
no reason to deny the permit at this time, pending proof of dram
insurance.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the ownership updates and renewal application, pending
proof of dram insurance.
