RESOLUTION 2025-499
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER
FOR 2026
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee must annually appoint an individual to the position of
City Health Officer; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Code Compliance Officer Paul Carpenter
as City Health Officer for calendar year 2026;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Waukee, Iowa on the
15th day of December, 2025, does hereby approve the mayor's appointment of Paul
Carpenter as City Health Officer for 2026.
