RESOLUTION 2025-507
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITY OF WAUKEE LIAISONS TO
THE WAUKEE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
FOR 2026
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a member of the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce (the
"Chamber"); AND,
WHEREAS, the Chamber requests that the City appoint an elected official and staff member to
serve as liaisons to their Board of Directors; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Council Member Chris Crone and Director of
Economic Development Jennifer Brown as liaisons to the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce
Board of Directors for 2026.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this

15day of December, 2025, that it hereby approves the mayor's appointment to the Waukee
Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 2026.
