RESOLUTION 2020-129
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE SHOPS AT KETTLESTONE NORTH PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, HY-VEE, INC., AND TELBY, LLC/HART FAMILY HOTELS — WAUKEE, LLC, has
requested final plat approval of F The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 3 (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat on
March 24, 2020, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 3 and the documents relating thereto
will comply with Section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 6th
day of April, 2020, that the Final Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 3 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
