RESOLUTION 2026-014
APPROVING A RELEASE AND SATISFACTION OF AGREEMENT TO COMPLETE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS — AUTUMN RIDGE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Centennial Development, LC, (collectively "Property Owners") entered into an
Agreement to Complete Public Improvements ("Agreement") with the City of Waukee, dated
January 27, 2015, and recorded on June 12, 2015, in Book 2015 Page 9108, Dallas County, Iowa
regarding development of NW Douglas Parkway.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa
that the terms of the Agreement have been satisfied and the City releases the Property Owners
and their successors and assigns, from all obligations under said Agreement to Complete Public
Improvements as it pertains to the following legally described area:
AUTUMN RIDGE PLAT 1 AN OFFICIAL PLAT, WAUKEE, DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 5th day of January
2026.
