RESOLUTION 2026-015
APPROVING A RELEASE AND SATISFACTION FOR DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT — AUTUMN RIDGE APARTMENTS, LC
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Autumn Ridge Apartments, LC, (collectively "Property Owners") entered into a
Development Agreement ("Agreement") with the City of Waukee, dated January 27, 2015, and
recorded on June 12, 2015, in Book 2015 Page 9109, Dallas County, Iowa regarding
development of NW Douglas Parkway.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa
that the terms of the Agreement have been satisfied and the City releases the Property Owners
and their successors and assigns, from all obligations under said Developers Agreement as it
pertains to the following legally described area:
LOT 1 OF WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 7, AN OFFICIAL PLAT, IN THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA, AND;
LOT 2 OF WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 7, AN OFFICIAL PLAT, EXCEPT PARCEL 'AA' OF
LOT 2, WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 7, AS SOWN ON THE PLAT OF SURVEY RECORDED
IN BOOK 2014, PAGE 11668 ALL IN THE CITY OF WAUKEE, DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 5th day of January
2026.
