STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City of Waukee staff have reviewed the public improvements
for Painted Woods West Plat 6 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for
the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2026-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PAINTED WOODS WEST PLAT 6]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, JJR Holdings, LLC., has completed the public improvements associated
with Painted Woods West Plat 6; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Painted
Woods West Plat 6 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2nd day of February 2026, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Painted Woods West Plat 6.
