AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 to Landmark
Structures for the 3rd Street Elevated Storage Tank Replacement Project,
increasing the contract amount by $74,919.00
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 is for adding a Gridebee active
mixer in the bowl of the tower to ensure chlorine dispersion in the bowl and a mixer control panel
in the base of the tower.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $74,919.00.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT:
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.

CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
Enclosed is Change Order No. 2 for the 3rd Street Elevated Storage Tank Replacement project.
Change Order No. 2 is for adding an active mixing system to the bowl of the water tower.
We recommend approval of Change Order No. 2.

forward to Landmark Structures.
